Privacy by architecture

Camera processing happens in your browser. Frames and face landmarks exist only in browser memory while the camera is running. Saved readings and a signed Pro entitlement are stored in that browser's local storage. You can remove them by clearing site data. If you download a portable recovery license, that signed entitlement file remains wherever you choose to store it and contains no face readings or payment-card details.

The service records only allowlisted product events such as page opened, lab opened, reading ready, session saved, checkout started, purchase completed, and export downloaded. These are stored as daily aggregate counts by plan. The event schema does not accept user IDs, device IDs, scores, landmarks, images, or free-form properties.

Standard hosting infrastructure may temporarily process basic request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs for security and operation. Mogalytics does not use that information to build face or identity profiles.

Pro checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment and contact information needed to process the transaction under its own privacy policy. Mogalytics receives payment status and a checkout reference; it does not receive full card details.

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with infrastructure and payment providers needed to operate the product, when legally required, or to protect the service and its users.

Mogalytics is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not designed for children.

• Do not grant camera permission; the marketing and method pages still work.
• Stop the camera at any time.
• Clear site data to delete locally saved sessions and entitlements.
• Use exported files entirely under your control.

Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. A contact address will appear on the main site once the operator's product mailbox is configured. Until then, no public support mailbox is represented as active.
