What PSLMax AI: Looksmax PSL Ascend actually is
PSLMax AI: Looksmax PSL Ascend (developer Starlight Ltd.) scans an uploaded photo to return a PSL-style face score and looksmax improvement advice. Its App Store listing shows a 4.5-star rating from 89 ratings.
It's a separate, unrelated app from PSL - Looksmax & Ascend by IQ Labs LLC — the two just happen to share the word "Ascend" in their names.
What PSLMax AI: Looksmax PSL Ascend costs
Its App Store in-app purchase list shows six listings: two separately priced "Get Yearly Premium!" tiers ($29.99 and $19.99), "Get Weekly Premium!" ($7.99), "Get Monthly Premium!" ($12.99), and two separately priced "PSLMAX AI IMAGE PACK" listings ($14.99 and $4.99).
Mogalytics has exactly one price everywhere: a $12 one-time unlock, no choosing between six differently named and priced listings.
What its own App Store reviews say
One reviewer, in a review titled "Most likely a scam", wrote: "in the ad, they literally changed people for the before and after pictures. The one guy literally had blue eyes and blonde hair and it went to brown eyes and brown hair... You could clearly see that it was not dye at all. And if you pay super close attention to colored contacts, you can see the limbal rings."
A separate reviewer, in a review titled "Stupid scam", wrote: "The scan of my face doesn't even work."
Mogalytics never uploads a photo, video frame, or landmark, makes no before/after transformation claim, and the reading runs in your browser the moment you unlock it. The same six geometry measurements run on a 30-frame trimmed-mean window, disclosed once.
Where Mogalytics actually differs
- No before/after transformation ad claim of any kind — nothing to check the photos on.
- No photo, video frame, or landmark is ever uploaded — the whole reading runs in your browser.
- One flat $12, one time. No choosing between six differently named and priced listings.
- Six documented geometry measurements behind the composite reading, shown directly.
What it doesn't do: guarantee a specific score, replace a live duel, or claim objective attractiveness. It's a private setup-testing instrument, not a subscription rating service. See the practice guide for what it actually measures.
